No, this offer does not apply retrospectively. Referrals will only be considered if submitted using the online Refer a Friend form which must be completed before you friend becomes known to us.

How can I use the Introducer's credit on my account?

The credit can only be used against the Introducer's annual berthing licence and the value of the credit will be deducted from the standard list price for the relevant annual berth upon the renewal of the Introducer's berthing licence. The credit cannot be applied retrospectively.

Can I refer a  friend who runs a charter boat?

No, the offer does not apply to boats used for commercial purposes. Only boats that are used for private and pleasure purposes. Likewise, existing commercial berth holders cannot benefit from this scheme.

Can I use this in conjunction with any other Premier Offers?

No

Can the incentive be paid in cash?

No, the incentive can only be paid as a credit to the introducer's customer account with Premier Marinas and as a discount against the new customer's first 12 month berthing fee.

Does this offer apply to any other Premier products or services?

No this offer only applies to introductions of friends, by existing 12 month berth holders, that enter into a 12 month berthing contract with Premier

How many friends can I introduce?

You may refer an unlimited number of friends.

How will I know if my friend has become a 12 month berth holder?

We will inform you by your preferred contact method once your friend has become a berth holder with Premier. Your reward will follow shortly.

How will we be rewarded?

Your friend will receive up to £500 off the price of their 12 month berthing fees, and your customer account will be credited with up to £500, depending on the length of your friend's boat.

I have a friend looking to berth their boat next year can we benefit from this offer?

This offer is currently available but may be withdrawn at anytime in the future, without notice.

What happens if I introduce a friend without filling out the online form?

This offer only applies to introductions of 12 month berthing customers made using the online process. To qualify for the incentive payment, introductions have to be made using the process on the Premier marinas website.  Introduction must be made before your friend becomes known to us.

What happens if you cannot find my friend a berth?

If we are unable to find your friend a berth, for whatever reason, neither you nor your friend will receive any incentive payment.

When will we benefit?

Once your friend has signed a 12 month berthing contract and agreed a payment method, you will each be rewarded.

Will my friend know that the invitation is from me?

Yes, we will identify you as the person who has made the recommendation in the invitation to your friend.

What happens if my friend fails to pay for their 12 month berthing contract in full?

We reserve the right to reclaim the credit to your account in these circumstances.
