SAVING YOU MONEY

42 Free Visitor Nights
Premier Marinas is pleased to announce that its Berth Holders can now enjoy their 42 free visitor nights at any Premier marina, in any combination of lengths of stay - subject to availability. Berth Holders who wish to visit Premier marinas should call their destination marina in advance to book their visitor nights in and to avoid disappointment at popular marinas. All contracts that renew on or after 1 October 2011 will benefit from this change.

Cruising credit if you leave your berth for an extended period
Your berthing fees can be credited back to your account for use against your next annual contract if you are away from your berth for between 30 - 90 consecutive days from April to September.

Option to move your boat to another Premier Marina
You can transfer your berthing contract to an alternative Premier Marina on request (subject to availability).

Fuel at Cost
You can buy fuel at the cost to us of buying and dispensing it. 

Free Storage Ashore
There is no additional cost for storing your boat ashore.  Space restrictions do mean that this benefit is subject to time limits at some marinas (8 weeks at Brighton, Southsea, Sovereign Harbour, Gosport and Swanwick [between October and December] and 12 weeks at Falmouth).

15% Boatyard Discount
You get a 15% discount on boatyard services at any Premier boatyard.

Complimentary Boat Movements
We will move your boat for you up to 3 times a year free of charge, either within your Premier Marina or outside through the lock gate or cill to a waiting pontoon or vice versa.  We do ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice.

Refer a Friend
As a Berth Holder, you are entitled to claim a credit to your account of up to £500 - if you introduce a friend into a Premier Marina - and they agree a 12 month berthing contract. But that's not all, your friend will also receive up to £500 off the cost of their first year's contract.

20% off Premier Marine Insurance 
Premier Marinas has negotiated an exceptional Berth Holders' discount on marine insurance. Premier Marine Insurance offers outstanding cover and is backed by leading insurers. It also includes a number of exclusive Berth Holder benefits.

Providing peace of mind

SeaStart

SeaStart benefits include:

Telephone access to a SeaStart Mechanical Advice Line which allows you to speak to trained and experienced marine engineers at no cost;

SeaStart membership fees held at prevailing rates for 3 years, whether you are an existing or new member; and a 20% discount on call out fees.

Free Berthing Fee Holiday - in case of injury or serious illness

Premier Marinas advises that the "Berthing Fee Holiday" benefit, in the Premier Advantage, will no longer be available with effect from 1st January 2011.

Premier Marinas has taken the decision to remove the benefit following minimal take-up and in order to concentrate efforts on finding additional benefits that will have wider appeal and relevance to all customers.

If you are part way through your contract or due to start a new contract before the end of 2010, you will still be entitled to claim under the "Berthing Fee Holiday" scheme for the remainder of your 12-month contract. If you are part way through making a claim, due credit will be honoured, in accordance with the "Berthing Fee Holiday" scheme terms and conditions.

CONTRACT FLEXIBILITY

At Premier Marinas, we understand that sometimes, our Berth Holders need to respond to unforeseen circumstances arising from changes taking place in their lives and where possible, we like to help. Below we describe the variations our Berth Holders can make to their contracts and what they can expect from us as a customer.

Option to transfer your contract when you sell your boat
If you sell your boat, you have the option to transfer your contract to the new owner (subject to a £50 administration fee).

Pro-rata refund if we are able to re-let your berth
You can claim a pro-rata refund of your berthing fee if you leave Premier Marinas and we are  able to re-let your berth.
