At Brighton Marina, our friendly and experienced team is on hand 24 hours a day to help you with advice on the best cruising grounds, provide details on the wide range of services and facilities Premier offers, and assist with any problems. We are committed to making your time with us as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

FUEL at Brighton Marina

Fuel at cost.  Premier Marinas offers Fuel at Cost and at Brighton you can purchase diesel and unleaded petrol 24 hours a day, from the Fuel Pontoon at East Lockside.  With the marina's 24-hour access to open water, this gives you the convenience to start your cruising whenever you wish. After 6pm, please contact reception on VHF Channel 80 to give them notice that you will require fuel. Calor gas is also available.

MARINE GAS OIL SOLD AT PREMIER MARINAS

The marine gas oil sold at Premier Marinas (excluding Falmouth Marina) is Advanced Marine Diesel 10.

Sourced from Esso's refinery in Fawley, Hampshire and supplied by WP Marine, part of the WP Group of companies (Wessex Petroleum Ltd) www.wp-marine.co.uk.

ADVANCED MARINE DIESEL 10

WP Marine's Advanced Marine Diesel 10 is a low sulphur fuel containing 10ppm (parts per million) sulphur. This high quality fuel is recognised as FAME FREE and is guaranteed by Esso to contain less than 1% bio element.

Advanced Marine Diesel 10 also contains Soltron(r).Specifically developed to work with marine diesel at a dilution rate 10,000:1, Soltron(r) contains a blend of 20 naturally occurring enzymes which combine inside the fuel tank to optimise the combustion process and enhance fuel efficiency. Soltron(r) also provides lubrication in low sulphur marine fuel oil and neutralises bacterial growth from contaminants.

Based at Esso's Fawley Refinery near Southampton, WP Group is the South's leading independent supplier of fuels and lubricants, marketing Esso fuel and Mobil lubricants across a wide portfolio of business sectors and industries.

Boat owners should be aware that this fuel may not comply with legislation outside the UK and customers should seek advice from their destination marina before travelling abroad.

TOILETS AND SHOWERS

Our recently refurbished, modern blocks, located on the East and West Jetties, cater for families with two double shower/toilet and basin suites, with nappy changing facilities, as well as our disabled customers with a specially designed shower toilet and basin facility. There are also a number of unisex showers, plus dedicated ladies' and men's' showers and toilets.

STORAGE ASHORE

Annual berth holders are entitled to eight weeks storage ashore, free of charge.

LAUNDERETTE

The launderettes are located at the end of the toilet and shower blocks on each of the east and west Jetties. There are token operated washing and drying machines plus an iron and board. Ask the marina reception for tokens. Entry can be gained by using access codes. Washing powder may be purchased at the large Asda store at the marina.

ELECTRICITY

Visitors get their first two nights of electricity free. After this, it is charged at cost, without any service charge or deposit. Staff at marina reception will provide you with a pin number to access the supply.

Shops And Cashpoints

The on-site Asda supermarket has three cash points. It is open 24 hours Monday to Friday, then 0800 to 2200 Saturday and 1100 to 1700 Sunday.

Telephones

Public telephones are located at the start of the East Jetty loading ramp, and near the Katarina public house.

Wireless Internet Access

Check your emails and surf from the comfort of your own boat with Premier Marinas WiFi, provided by Spectrum Interactive.

Post Box

Post boxes are situated outside Asda and the Katarina public house.

Post Collection Point

Letters and parcels can be collected from marina reception.

WATER ON PONTOONS

Supplied free of charge.

WEATHER FORECAST

Each day, these are posted on notice boards in marina reception, toilet blocks and at the entrance to the East and West Jetties.

FREE CAR PARKING

There is plenty of free parking at the marina. There are two large car parks near the Multiplex Cinema and next to Copenhagen Court, near East Lockside.

BRIGHTON MARINA YACHT CLUB

The BMYC Clubhouse enjoys stunning views of the harbour entrance from its suntrap balcony, with seating for around 40 people. The bar and restaurant are open all year round offering refreshments ranging from snacks to a la carte two and three-course meals. Opening hours are 11am to 11pm and Sundays midday to 10.30pm.
